These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 444bro ("444bro", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the online gaming and entertainment services available at https://444bro.cam and any related subdomains, applications or services operated by 444bro.

To open an Account and use the Services, you must at all times satisfy the following eligibility conditions:
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction, whichever is greater. 444bro strictly prohibits underage gambling. Providing false information about your age constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
You must not be resident in, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to verify whether online gaming is lawful in your location before registering. 444bro does not warrant the legality of accessing the Platform from Pakistan or any other specific jurisdiction.
You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who have been declared legally incompetent, or who are subject to court orders restricting their ability to contract, may not register an Account.
Each individual may hold only one Account. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts is prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances and bonuses.
If you have placed yourself under a self-exclusion order on this Platform or any affiliated programme, you are not eligible to open a new Account for the duration of that exclusion.
You must provide accurate, current and complete information at registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address and any other information required by the KYC process. You are obliged to update this information promptly if it changes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 444bro will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access or suspected security breach.
444bro may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) at any time, including before processing a withdrawal. Required documents typically include government-issued photo identification, proof of address and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.
Note for Pakistani users: Acceptable identification documents include a National Identity Card (CNIC), valid Pakistani passport or other government-issued photo ID. Proof of address may include a recent utility bill or bank statement issued to your registered address in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi or elsewhere in Pakistan.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and applicable law, 444bro grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes.
You may use the Platform to place bets and wagers, play casino and live dealer games, access promotions and communicate with support — all within the scope of these Terms and applicable law.
You must not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that may damage, disable or impair the Platform's operation. Specific prohibitions are detailed in Section 11 (Prohibited Conduct).
444bro does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free availability of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults or events beyond our control may cause temporary service interruptions. We are not liable for losses arising from Platform unavailability.
All deposits must be made using payment methods approved by the operator from time to time. Available payment methods are shown within the Account area.
Account balances may be displayed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) or another currency designated by the operator. Where currency conversion is required, the applicable exchange rate and any conversion fees will be disclosed at the time of the transaction.
References to payment methods such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah on the Platform are provided as familiar local payment references for informational context only. 444bro does not represent that any of these providers have agreed to facilitate gambling transactions, endorse this Platform, or are currently available for deposits or withdrawals. Users must verify current payment method availability at the time of registration. Payment provider names are not endorsements.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per period. These limits are displayed within the Account area. Responsible gambling deposit limits set by you pursuant to Section 10 override standard transaction limits.
Deposits are credited to your Account upon confirmation from the payment processor. 444bro is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking systems or network issues.
You must not deposit funds derived from criminal activity or use the Platform for money laundering purposes. 444bro reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
Withdrawals of real-money balances are permitted provided that: (a) your Account KYC verification is complete; (b) you have satisfied any applicable wagering requirements; and (c) your Account is in good standing with no outstanding compliance queries.
Estimated processing timeframes vary by payment method and are provided as general guidance only. 444bro does not guarantee any specific withdrawal processing speed. Delays may occur due to compliance checks, third-party processing times or bank processing schedules.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per period apply. These are displayed within the Account area. Exceeding limits may require the withdrawal to be processed in multiple transactions.
444bro may require withdrawals to be processed via the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, up to the value of that deposit. This is an anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering measure.
444bro will disclose any applicable withdrawal fees prior to processing. Third-party payment providers may apply their own fees, for which 444bro accepts no responsibility.
All bonuses, free bets and promotional offers are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated at the time of the offer. General bonus terms apply where specific terms do not address a particular matter.
Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met. The wagering requirement will be specified in the promotional terms (for example, a 30x requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means PKR 30,000 must be wagered before the bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable).
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots may contribute 100% while table games and live casino games may contribute a lower percentage. Applicable game contribution rates are set out in the promotional terms.
Only one bonus may be active at any time unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's terms.
Use of multiple accounts, false identities, coordinated betting strategies or any other conduct designed to abuse promotions constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 444bro reserves the right to void any associated winnings, forfeit bonus balances and close the Account.
444bro reserves the right to decline, limit or void any bet at our discretion, including where: (a) a system or human error has caused an incorrect price or market to be offered; (b) an event has already started or concluded; or (c) we reasonably suspect fraud or irregular betting patterns.
Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply per market and are displayed at the point of placing a bet. Stake limits may be adjusted for individual Accounts at 444bro's discretion.
Bets are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant sporting body or game provider. In cricket, this includes results determined by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), Cricket Pakistan (PCB) and the International Cricket Council (ICC) for PSL, T20 and ICC tournament matches respectively. 444bro's determination of applicable results is final.
In the event of a technical fault, disconnection or any other error during the course of a game or bet, 444bro will take reasonable steps to resolve the matter fairly. In cases of dispute, 444bro's records shall be the primary reference for determining the outcome.

Breach of this section constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances and potential referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.
All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, game interfaces, software and design elements, is owned by or licensed to 444bro and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited licence to access and view such content for personal, non-commercial use only. You must not copy, distribute, reproduce, publicly display, modify or create derivative works from any Platform content without 444bro's prior written consent.
The 444bro name, logo and brand marks are proprietary to 444bro. Unauthorised use of these marks is prohibited.
The Platform and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 444bro's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
444bro shall not be liable for any: (a) indirect, incidental or consequential loss; (b) loss of profit or revenue; (c) loss of data; or (d) loss arising from Platform unavailability, third-party payment processing delays or events outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in this Section limits 444bro's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
444bro reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where we reasonably believe: (a) you have breached these Terms; (b) your Account is being used for fraudulent or illegal purposes; (c) we are required to do so by applicable law or a regulatory authority; or (d) the continued operation of your Account would expose 444bro to legal, financial or reputational risk.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting support. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance that has cleared all applicable requirements will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of outstanding KYC verification.
On termination of your Account for any reason, all unused Bonus Funds will be forfeited. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 2, 11, 12, 13 and 15) shall continue to apply.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's licensing jurisdiction.
You agree that the courts of the operator's licensing jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or their subject matter, except where local mandatory law provides otherwise.
444bro does not operate under a licence granted by, or claim to be regulated by, any Pakistani governmental or regulatory authority. These Terms do not constitute any representation that the Services are lawful in Pakistan. Pakistani users access the Platform at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws.
444bro reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where a change is material, we will provide reasonable notice via email or an on-site notification. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
